Kim Murphy, Senior Strategist
Having been in the field of business process improvement and project management for more than two decades, Kim Murphy supports the planning, timing and execution of SBR’s large- scale, complex programs. Kim’s depth of experience in health insurance, health care and consumer packaged goods provides industry-specialized project management skills to optimize all client engagements.
As Project Manager, Kim works to develop communication guides, project alignment and planning as well as support documentation so that all projects remain on time, on-budget and on-point. When a project requires call center optimization, Kim helps create quality call outcomes and meeting of required Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) through regular call monitoring and agent coaching. Leveraging her keen eye for logistics, Kim brings order to the complex call center industry.
Before joining SBR, Kim worked as Project & Vendor Manager for Oxford Health Plans, responsible for both inbound and outbound calling programs with a department of nearly 200 employees. Prior to that, she worked as Media Planner for some of the nation’s leading advertising agencies, including Ogilvy & Mather, Campbell, Mithum, Esty and Avrett, Free & Ginsberg. Kim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Toledo.
